Ok so since I'm kinda new to this whole blogging thing I know I'm not going to keep up with it as I should. And technically its already tomorrow and I've missed a day but people don't want to know everything about every single day right? idk, I guess I'm just not that interesting lol. Plus I am working these three nights so it makes it hard to blog when you work 12 hour shifts but alas I will try to stay on task. I have not been that great on my diet today, well scratch that I have done ok, just cheated a little with a few Doritos's... damn my co-workers! oh and one chicken mc nugget from another co-worker! but other than those two cheats I have done very well. I made a new concoction today with some whole wheat pita like things that mrs Ashley turned me on to, only 100 calories, and then some sliced turkey, spinach leaves, and a low fat low cal cream cheese spread, all in all not bad as far as calories and fat and quite satisfying, it will definitely be a keeper. So now the only problem is that I am seriously considering leaving my spinach salad with salmon right in the fridge where it is and going down stairs to the cafeteria and getting some fried fattening very delicious food!... *sigh* so there's the rub, I've already cheated a little so do I just scrap the whole day and get some good yummy grub to make it worth it or do I continue on and choke down my rabbit food?.....
